By downloading, installing, or using Lounge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Lounge on your personal Mac computer(s), subject to these terms.
You may not:
Lounge offers a 7-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, a valid license is required to continue using the App. No payment information is required to start the trial.
Lounge is available as a one-time purchase. All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change with notice. Payment is processed through our authorized payment provider.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the App, contact us at hello@lounge.app within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Your license includes free updates for the current major version of Lounge. We aim to provide timely support via email but do not guarantee specific response times. Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase.
Lounge, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
Lounge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all system configurations. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lounge, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Lounge and delete all copies. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations survive termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of Lounge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where we operate.
